Lilit Avakian | Archiver, Mentor, Artist
Less noise — more of yourself.
-
Lilit was born to Armenian immigrants in the deep south of Louisiana. At age 9, she found herself relocated to Chicago where she spent her teenage years. After moving out at 17, she acclimated herself to life as a solo woman on the road.
Her love for exploring the road less traveled has gifted her a creative edge in the way she mentors, facilitates and documents her story.
Her deepest gift is in sharing resources to support a birds eye view way of living. She supports her clients in simplifying their lives, so they can truly know what it feels like to be present.
She does this through facilitating creative workshops, sharing nervous system regulation techniques, hosting seasonal group containers, mentoring 1:1 through philosophical synthesis, and developing hands on cultural research on human dynamics.
-
Inside her monthly membership, The Living Archive, is an invitation to consume more intentionally.
Where can we gain deeper insights through exposure to new cultures, unknown places, and lost traditions?
She delivers information slowly, on purpose. An affordable way to receive nudges, reflection points, and fresh perspectives each month.

Her favorite saying being —
“Come as you are. Leave with more of yourself.”
