IN FALL

An eight-week virtual series where we experiment with boundaries in order to activate creativity and imagination. From that place, we document in ways that feel honest and memorable.

If you have ever experienced a fall someplace like Colorado, you know there is only one short window of time where you get to witness the changing colors. You must plan ahead. You must set aside other priorities. And you must take the moment, because it does not wait.

IN FALL is an eight week series built for the person who is craving an anchor to something meaningful and full of memory, something that not only witnesses the season, but makes something from what it offers.

  • “I have learned to slow down more, and I feel more connected to myself, listening to my body’s sensations and to trust my intuitions when something is not in alignment with myself.” ~N. In Summer Residency Participant

  • "Motivating me to push forward with my ideas and goals in becoming a healing arts facilitator. Lilit is brilliant, poetic, artsy, and intuitive with her approach for transformational healing. I highly recommend Lilit for anyone looking to activate creativity, healing, and inspired change!” ~ N.

  • "Lilit is a being who collects and gathers. In conversation with the creative and touching the roots of subtle expression. Seeing what others have yet to notice." ~ A.

  • “Having Lilit as a coach has been a true joy and a transformative experience. I love how she incorporates movement, dance, visualization exercises for grounding and reflections. Her insights and guidance have helped shape me as a coach, activating ideas, creativity, and self trust in me." ~ N.

  • " I had a cathartic and transformative experience with Lilit during her breathwork cereomny last night. Lilit uses very intentional words, smells, and fixtures that curate the energy in the room in a way that made me feel not only safe to open, but allowed me to release a lot of pent up frustration and stress. " ~ S.

  • "Your teachings have changed me both physically and mentally. The last few months were filled with anxiety and self defeating thoughts. I am calmer. I can work through emotions, and not let the external forces lead me. I am finally in tune with myself, and loving myself. I can feel again. Thank you.” ~ D.

“In this series, I will ask that you do not push through, or keep producing. There may not be time later to reflect, create, and do the thing you keep saying you want to do. Take the moment before that window of time closes.” — Lilit

What is IN FALL?

Without a creative and imaginative base, structures may eventually crumble or need to be completely reinvented. Let’s get to the heart of your ideas.

The ask is that we notice our tendency to identify as one way, and to see each season as an opportunity to listen more deeply. We collect and gather as a way of bringing your experience to the forefront, rather than isolating them in the dark.

For eight weeks you will move through the season inquiring about your roots, about fading traditions, and about that seed of knowledge within you ~ passed from generation to generation.

What you collect, images, objects, words, plants, memories, questions, becomes the raw material for creative work that is entirely and specifically yours.

Every culture on earth has practiced some version of this. They called it different things, harvest ritual, creative ceremony, rite of passage. The structure was always the same: you enter, you gather, you make, you share.

  • “I feel like my creative experience is the everyday life which happens, rather than the social construct of previous ways we’ve been told are needed, in order to be a creative human.

You’ve shown me there can be alternative ways to our offerings, which allow us to be authentic, as well as grow organically” ~T. In Summer participant

IN FALL Series Investment — Fall 2026

Full investment: $699. Early bird until August 25th: $649.

Previous cohort alumni: $619.

Eight weeks beginning end of September.

90-minute weekly sessions.

Space is limited & intimate.

What you will do:

Each week holds a theme drawn from the season ~ gathering, marking, tracing, preserving, releasing, translating, witnessing, returning. Within each theme you receive a prompt, a practice, and an invitation to make something.

There is no right way to respond. The residency is structured enough to hold you and open enough to follow where you actually are.

By the end of eight weeks you will have something tangible.

A body of work, a personal archive, a memory of your own becoming over one season of your life.

Who is this for?

You do not need a portfolio. You do not need an existing creative practice. You do not need to identify with any particular tradition or belief system.

You need to believe that there is more than meets the eye. And you need to be willing to let go of the idea that there is only one way to build, create, or heal.

What past participants share is not a background or a skill set. It is a willingness to show up for eight weeks and see what surfaces, and to be surprised by what does.

Is your body holding something that talk alone has not been able to reach? Come find out.
